Ancient Aegiali is an ancient settlement on Vigla hill, across Tholaria, in the northern part of Amorgos. The settlement was inhabited since the 10th century B.C. and used to be one of the three cities of the Amorgian commonwealth Tripoli (along with Arkesini and Minoa).

Several artifacts from the Cycladic era were found in the Acropolis of the area are now hosted in various museums. In Ancient Aegiali one may see now remnants of ancient wall, sculptures, and statue bases. From the Ancient Aegiali, the view of Mikri Vlychada is astonishing.
